Booking Requirements

To ensure the best possible results and protect your well-being, please do not book an appointment if you:

• Are under 18 years of age
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are taking blood-thinning medications
• Have active viral infections or underlying medical conditions
• Have diabetes (medical clearance required)
• Are currently using Retin-A or retinol products
• Are undergoing chemotherapy treatment

If you have any medical concerns, please consult your physician beforehand. A doctor's note may be required for certain conditions.

Prior Work Requires Approval

If you have previously received permanent makeup services, prior approval is mandatory before booking. Please contact us to discuss your existing work. Failure to disclose prior permanent makeup may result in service refusal and a $200 cancellation fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A $200 fee will be charged to your card on file.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
