Service Restrictions
To ensure optimal results and your safety, please do not book if you:
- Are under 18 years of age
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Are taking blood-thinning medications
- Have viral infections or underlying medical conditions
- Have diabetes without prior medical clearance
- Are currently using Retin-A products
- Are undergoing chemotherapy
If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand and bring a doctor's note if required.
Prior Work Requires Approval
If you've had permanent makeup previously done, please contact us for prior approval before your service. Failure to disclose this may result in service denial and a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellation & Late Policy
All bookings require a credit card on file, but you will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: A $200 cancellation fee will be charged.
- Late Arrivals: If you are 15+ minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
